We were given a schedule of what to expect and when, and all phases happened on time. All personnel were extremely knowledgeable. We did not experience any unexpected down time, and our planned out-of-service time was very minimal. ".... installed on a Saturday. At 6:35 am on the following Monday we had a nearly two-hour outage which was followed by a second outage that evening. The new equipment had been put in place just in time. In addition to normal manufacturing and shipping, Monday is a payroll processing day. The outages allowed us to ‘test’ the system and all our servers stayed alive."
